I have a diary clash and can’t make both the dates for the next session, can I spread the days apart?
Yes – although the best way to learn the process is to attend the days consecutively, however if you prefer to attend a later Advanced workshop, then after confirming your place, please call our team on +44 (0) 20 3397 6714 who will work with you to re-schedule the second part of your masterclass training.
Alternatively ask our team how you can invest an additional small amount (to cover your catering costs) and repeat the Foundation day, recapping your original learning, before going onto do the Advanced Masterclass on the second day.
I’m an experienced sales professional and really just want to attend the Advanced day, is this possible?
Yes, although not recommended. In the past we have had delegates who have only attended the second more advanced masterclass day without attending the first day, and as they were not familiar with the Sales Secrets methodology found themselves confused and slowed up the rest of the group.

I’m in retail, consumer goods or have a purely digital relationship with my customer, will this masterclass still be relevant?
Yes, although the methodology is biased towards a solution based sales process. i.e. one with a longer pipeline process and deeper customer relationships than pure transactional sales. However, past clients from retail and other sectors have found value where they have needed to develop relationships with wholesalers, distributors or other sales channels.
I’m just getting started in sales and wondered if I can just attend the Foundation day only?
Yes – it is possible to book and attend the Foundation day as a stand alone event, although the single purchase price will be different as the Bundle discount of 25% only applies when the 2 days are purchased together. Call the team +44 (0) 20 3397 6714 to discuss the options.
I’m from a charity is this still relevant?
Absolutely! All companies whether private, public or NGOs have a need to communicate their value to their customers. In fact charities can often gain the most from our masterclasses.
