By accessing this Website and / or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

7. ORDERING FROM US
7.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products, services or bookings you have ordered.
7.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
7.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;
or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
8. PRICING
8.1 All prices exclude VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price inclusive of VAT, but we shall indicate where this is the case and include it in the total price.
8.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
9. ADVERTISING, THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND OTHER WEB SITES

9.2 If you agree to purchase goods and/or services from any third party who advertises on the Website, you do so at your own risk. 10. TERM AND TERMINATION
10.1 Company Shortcuts may, in its discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Sites (including any right to access and use the Content). Company Shortcuts reserves the right to refuse to offer access to the Sites and/or Content to anyone at anytime without notice.
10.2 The rights of termination are in addition to all other rights or remedies of Company Shortcuts provided in these Terms and Conditions of Use or by law.
10.3 If you terminate your account, we will have no obligation to refund you any fees you may have paid except as may be required by applicable law.
10.4 We reserve the right at our discretion at any time to suspend or terminate your use of the website.
11. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY
11.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to info@companyshortcuts.com before we have taken payment from you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 11.2 below.
(c) where you wish to cancel an event booking clause 11.5 applies.
(d) where we cancel an event, we will provide you with a full refund
(e) where you wish to cancel a subscription, sponsorship or advertising, no refund will be offered.
11.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
11.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
11.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 11.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed where the products are magazines or newspapers to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you The provisions of this clause 11.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
11.5 Events
(a)You may cancel your contract without penalty or obligation by submitting to Company Shortcuts, a signed and written notice postmarked prior to the 7th day of your signed agreement. Your notice must be mailed or delivered to Company Shortcuts, 3 Alec Court, Catherine Place, London, SW1E 6DY (faxed or email notices are not acceptable).
(b)Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
(c)After midnight on the 7th day, you may still cancel your contract, however cancellation fees will then be applied.
(d)The fee applicable is calculated as the time-frame between the date of receipt of cancellation and the scheduled date for the commencement of service;
(i) 7days or less - 100%
(ii) 8-14days - 75%
(iii) 15days-1mnth - 50%
(iv) 1mnth-4mnths - 20%
(v) 4mnths+ - 10%
(e) The cancellation policy is applicable for all bookings made, as a place has been reserved for you. We reserve the right to require payment for no-shows, including (but not limited to) any free to attend events, as these incur costs and prevent the place being offered to other participants.
(f) TICKET HOLDERS MAY NOT SELL, OFFER FOR SALE, OFFER AT AUCTIONS, RESELL, DONATE, ACT AS COMMERCIAL AGENT FOR ANOTHER PARTY OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER THEIR TICKETS IN ANY WAY WITHOUT THE SPECIFIC PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF COMPANY SHORTCUTS.
12. LICENCE
12.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use.
12.2 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website other than in accordance with clause 12.1 above for any purpose is prohibited. If you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions, your permission to use this Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website.
